Clermont County Courthouse Clermont County, OH	Hemmer was chosen to build new 50,000 SF courthouse with 5 courtrooms, 2 holding cells and a tunnel extending to the jail Built with state-of-the-art security systems:  bullet-proof glass, doors, drywall, and judges benches,  video monitoring, electric door locks with card readers and a central guard facility Previously completed a courthouse renovation and jail addition for Clermont Co.
Northern Kentucky University Highland Heights, KY	Renovation of existing 400 seat Eva G. Farris Auditorium New sound and lighting systems New seating, carpet, acoustical panels and ceiling
Brown Mackie College Various Locations	Hemmer has completed 8 projects for Brown Mackie College (formerly Southern Ohio College) Findlay, OH: 2 projects including a 20,000 SF conversion from office to school Woodlawn, OH: 3 projects including a 60,000 SF renovation while school was in session Ft.
